Season's Greetings to all! I am thankful to everyone who has been following my ongoing legal battle with the Connecticut Medical Examining Board (CMEB).

Two things are certain in life: death and taxes.  And now perhaps a third in the form of the persistence of the elderly, but Lyme literate, Dr. Jones of Connecticut.  His lawyers better hurry the appeals along if for no other reason than the most certain of life's certainties.
